Composure by Design
Recognise changes in activation early and use practical routines that protect judgement, communication and choice.
The learning experience
Composure is not a personality trait or the absence of emotion. It is the capacity to notice changes in pace, attention and activation early enough to choose a proportionate response.
The programme is educational and non-clinical. It focuses on everyday performance routines rather than treatment of stress or mental-health conditions.
Designed for
Leaders, client-facing professionals and high-responsibility teams

- → Use simple techniques to regulate pace and attention
