Saarikivi Learning · Performance Under Pressure
Original talks and workshops that help teams prepare deliberately, protect judgement, communicate clearly, learn after demanding moments and recover before the next one.
For teams, leaders and high-responsibility professionals · Live online or on-site
The Saarikivi readiness cycle
Clarify the task, role, standard and likely pressure points.
Direct attention towards the next useful action and shared cues.
Separate facts, choices and effects so experience becomes learning.
Deliberately reduce activation and restore capacity for the next cycle.
Readiness is cyclical. Recovery is not the reward after performance; it is part of the operating system that makes another demanding performance possible.
Talks and workshops
Each subject can stand alone as a keynote-style talk or become an applied private workshop with cases, rehearsal, team agreements and tools to keep.
Build sustainable readiness through task clarity, deliberate preparation, focused execution and real recovery.
Teams, leaders and professionals working with high demands

Research basis and boundaries
The programme is informed by published work on performance psychology, team cognition, activation regulation, distributed leadership and deliberate recovery. Saarikivi has created its own language, diagrams, cases and exercises for ordinary workplaces.
It is not presented as Martin Langagergaard's method, is not affiliated with or endorsed by him or any sports, police or military organisation, and does not transfer elite-performance practices without workplace duty of care and psychological-safety boundaries.
Design a useful intervention
Share the audience, context and desired change. We will recommend whether a talk, workshop or longer sequence is the proportionate format.
