Kiwi Discovery Session™

A calm first conversation for understanding what is happening before deciding what to do next.

A Kiwi Discovery Session™ is a structured conversation for leaders, teams or organisations who can sense that something needs attention, but do not yet have a clear account of what is happening.

The purpose is not to solve the situation in one meeting. It is to slow down enough to notice the human load, relational patterns and working conditions that may be shaping what people are experiencing.

From there, the next step can be chosen with more care.

What the session clarifies

01

What is being carried

We begin with the load around the situation: what has been asked of people, what has changed, and what may be harder to name.

02

Where the signal appears

We look at how that load is showing up in behaviour, communication, relationships, collaboration or wellbeing.

03

What needs understanding next

The session closes with clearer language for the situation and a careful sense of what kind of support may be useful.

How this works

01

Request

A short form to share the context before the first conversation.

02

Initial Review

Your request is read carefully. A brief note confirms the session focus.

03

Discovery Session

60–90 minutes. A structured conversation — not a pitch, not a diagnosis.

04

Insight Summary

A written document delivered within 5 working days — situation, signals, hypotheses, themes.

05

Recommended Next Steps

A considered proposal for what to do next. No pressure to act immediately.

Kept deliberately simple

No diagnosis

No rushed recommendation

A short, simple intake form

No payment or booking flow

Understanding comes before intervention.

First conversation

If this feels like the right beginning, fill in a short request form. It takes a few minutes. No complex questions. A human reads it and replies within 2 working days.
