The session
Pressure changes more than tone. It narrows attention, shortens interpretation and makes ordinary messages easier to misread. Teams often respond by adding more words, more meetings or more control.
This practical workshop helps participants slow communication down, distinguish facts from assumptions and make requests that remain clear when capacity is limited.
