Difficult Conversations Without Escalation
Prepare and hold difficult workplace conversations with clarity — without avoiding the issue, overwhelming the other person or turning tension into a fight.
The session
Difficult conversations often become harder before they begin. We rehearse arguments, delay the moment or arrive carrying so much accumulated frustration that the conversation has little room to succeed.
This workshop offers a calm structure for naming the issue, protecting dignity and making a clear request while staying able to listen and adjust.
