Feedback People Can Use
Give feedback that is specific enough to act on, humane enough to hear and clear enough to protect shared standards.
The session
Feedback fails when it becomes a verdict on the person, arrives too late or leaves the recipient guessing what should change. Praise can be equally unusable when it is warm but vague.
Participants practise a concise feedback structure that connects observation, impact, standard and next step without disguising judgement as objectivity.
Designed for
- Managers and team leads
- Peers working across functions
- HR and people professionals
- Facilitators, mentors and advisors
You will leave with
- Distinguish feedback from evaluation and interpretation
- Make observations specific and usable
- Connect impact to a shared standard
- Create dialogue and agree a next step
