Feedback People Can Use

Give feedback that is specific enough to act on, humane enough to hear and clear enough to protect shared standards.

2 hours·Live online · Microsoft Teams·€225 excl. VAT

The session

Feedback fails when it becomes a verdict on the person, arrives too late or leaves the recipient guessing what should change. Praise can be equally unusable when it is warm but vague.

Participants practise a concise feedback structure that connects observation, impact, standard and next step without disguising judgement as objectivity.

Designed for

  • Managers and team leads
  • Peers working across functions
  • HR and people professionals
  • Facilitators, mentors and advisors

You will leave with

  • Distinguish feedback from evaluation and interpretation
  • Make observations specific and usable
  • Connect impact to a shared standard
  • Create dialogue and agree a next step
