A practical introduction to the full Kiwi Model and the chain connecting pressure, behaviour, communication and collaboration.
The session
Many collaboration problems are treated as communication problems. The Kiwi Model begins earlier: with what people are carrying, how capacity changes and what becomes visible in behaviour.
Participants work with the model, realistic situations and guided reflection. The session is educational rather than therapeutic and does not require anyone to share personal experiences.
