Turn psychological safety from an aspiration into small, observable practices that make honesty, uncertainty and repair possible at work.
The session
Psychological safety is not comfort, agreement or the absence of accountability. It is the practical ability to speak, question, admit uncertainty and repair mistakes without avoidable interpersonal punishment.
Participants examine the everyday conditions that increase or reduce safety and leave with specific practices for meetings, feedback and leadership responses.
