Pressure rarely announces itself clearly. It appears in behaviour: withdrawal, urgency, conflict, silence, over-control or a change in how people ask for help.
This introductory workshop gives participants a calm, practical language for recognising load without diagnosing people or reducing complex situations to performance problems.
