Understanding Your Own Load
Notice your own signals earlier, understand what reduces your capacity and choose a proportionate response before overload takes over.
The session
We often recognise load only after it has shaped our decisions, relationships or ability to recover. Earlier signals can be quieter: a narrower view, increased urgency, withdrawal or a growing need to control details.
This reflective workshop offers a private, non-clinical framework for mapping personal load, capacity and support. Participants choose what to share and keep their workbook for continued use.
Designed for
- Professionals working in demanding environments
- People navigating change or sustained pressure
- Leaders who want to model sustainable practice
- Anyone wanting a clearer language for capacity
You will leave with
- Identify personal early signals of load
- Map demands, capacity and recovery conditions
- Distinguish a boundary from withdrawal
